Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy
“[People]…are disturbed not by things but by the views they form concerning things.”
EPICTETUS
(Ancient Greek Stoic philosopher around CE 50-120)
Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT) is a branch of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) which offers a logical and practical approach to psychological wellbeing. REBT is about emotional responsibility and philosophical change.
The aim of REBT is to help you help yourself move towards psychological health. Together, we examine your assumptions about your life and use validation checks to find out if your views support your aims.
I am an experienced REBT therapist and am currently working to complete an Advanced Diploma in Integrative Therapy.
Contact me if you’d like to arrange a session.
